INRIX Privacy Policy For INRIX Traffic App Revised July 25, 2011

1. WELCOME

This privacy policy (the "INRIX Privacy Policy") as modified from time to time, explains how information you provide to INRIX (or information about your location or destination), if any, is used and transmitted by INRIX, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("INRIX"), when you use the INRIX Traffic application. It supplements, and is part of, the INRIX Traffic - Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (the "Terms").

Under certain circumstances, for example you entering a destination,, INRIX may receive and/or transmit certain information from the INRIX Traffic application to INRIX (or INRIX's service providers) in relation to the provision of the INRIX Traffic application.

By accepting the Terms, you agree to be bound by all the Terms, including without limitation the provisions of this INRIX Privacy Policy that are incorporated by reference. Users should periodically review the Terms and this Privacy Policy to remain aware of modifications by INRIX, as any use of the INRIX Traffic application constitutes ongoing acceptance of all modifications.

2. INFORMATION THAT WE MAY HAVE ACCESS TO

If you use the INRIX Traffic application, we may automatically collect location information from your mobile device, but such information will not be directly linked to a specific person. Your location data will only be provided to us in accordance with Terms governing your app, and will then be aggregated with other data. If you create personalized destinations within the INRIX Traffic application, INRIX will store this information on our servers.

3. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU

When you enter destination information into our application, that information will be routed to us.

4. WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

We use information we collect, if any, to provide the traffic and destination information that you request, and to enhance the quality of the INRIX overall traffic services. INRIX does NOT collect or store information that is linked to a specific name

5. YOUR CONSENT

By accepting the Terms which incorporate this policy you consent to this INRIX Privacy Policy. Thereafter, ongoing use of the INRIX Traffic application constitutes your consent to the Terms and this Privacy Policy, as modified from time to time.
